Panasonic has prepared a game console on the platform NVIDIA Tegra

Panasonic, of course, is not a major player in the market of game consoles, but it would be a mistake to think that the famous Japanese company has permanently left this market. According to Wired, the Japanese are going to present to the users their latest portable game console The Jungle (Jungle). The mobile device is built on the NVIDIA Tegra platform, and according to Slash Gear, it runs on Linux.

According to the latest data, The Jungle is equipped with a high-definition display, a touch panel, a full-featured QWERTY keyboard and numerous ports, including mini-HDMI and microUSB, and of course, 3.5 mm audio output.

How long The Jungle can hold out without recharging is still unclear, but it looks like it will be used to play the so-called multiplayer online games (Massively Multiplayer Online Game, MMO, MMOG). According to some independent sources, Panasonic will surely include Battlestar Galactica Online in the list of games for The Jungle. Unfortunately, we did not succeed that on the basis of which version of Tegra this portable game console was built, but let's hope that this is Tegra 2.
