The Internet Archive portal decided to please fans of classic computer games and opened a special section for gamers in which you can find more than 2300 games and immediately launch them right in your browser window.
The Internet Archive is an American non-profit organization that aims to collect, catalog, and provide open access to various digital content for everyone. Founded in 1996, this organization is already a great help for numerous researchers, historians, students, and just wanting to remember "how it was."
This time, the holiday happened on the street of connoisseurs of classic video games, because more than 2,300 computer games were included in open access, including such immortal hits like Prince of Persia, Wolfenstein 3D, Dune 2, Sim City, Leisure Suit Larry, The Lost Vikings (one of first games of Blizzard), Metal Gear, Transport Tycoon, Pac-Man and many, many others.
